I was approximately 10 minutes late being called back. The Hygienist did not seem to be ready and did not have her tray ready. She took xrays which were needed and then went to set up tray. I think she began cleaning my teeth between 20 to 25 minutes after my schedule time. The cleaning went well. she asked "Do you want a tooth brush and do you want a card for your next appointment - as if it was a chore to do either! Dr. Brewer came in to the room told me that I needed 2 crowns and that if I wanted him to do them to schedule it. He left the room after approx. 3 minutes, The Dr. never asked how things were going or thanks for coming in he was more interested in leaving for lunch.
High Altitude Dental replied:
We are sorry about your wait. We strive to take care of our patients to the best of our abilities. This can put the hygiene schedule behind. Many patients do not want a card due to smart phone or personal calendar use. Also, many patients use electric toothbrushes and decline one when offered. We still kindly offer appointment cards and manual toothbrushes regardless.
