Always great service and the mechanics usually get it right the first time. The only reason I did not give Jeffrey's 5 stars like I usually do is because of the call back system.
This not the first time this has happened, the person assigned to the account does not call to let us know our vehicle is ready to go. If we do get a call it is usually 30 min before they close.
Case in point; this last time I called about 4 pm after dropping our car off at 8:30 am. I did get a call about 11 to say that they found the problem and it would cost this much, fully expecting that we would have the car by 5, based on the conversation.
When I called at 4 I found out it would not be ready until around noon the next day. This worked our OK this time because I was still on vacation, but news like that in a short notice could of been a problem if I was not on summer break.
The next day 12 noon came and went, no phone call. I finally called about 4 and they said "Oh yeah it was done earlier today but they forgot to call."
Communication is my only complaint after going to Jeffrey's for about 10 yeas.
