I have been coming to Jeff's Auto for 2+ years because it is conveniently located. However, I have finally had the last straw and will never come back due to the poor customer service. I do not feel like I am ever listened to when I ask questions, I am talked down to, and no one takes responsibility for their actions/mistakes. When confronted, I was told it was part of a "direct personality" - this is not an excuse to be rude or disrespectful to paying customers if your job is to provide customer service. Very dissapointed.
