I can recommend Jeff's Auto Repair-Sandpoint without reservations. The service has been exceptional and the repairs done on time and within the budget proposed before the repairs began. Steve and Brandon are excellent service managers and look to our needs with our 3 older cars. The shop did a great job with my restored campervan when other shops including the local Ford dealership refused to work on the vehicle.

I have been coming to Jeff's Auto for 2+ years because it is conveniently located. However, I have finally had the last straw and will never come back due to the poor customer service. I do not feel like I am ever listened to when I ask questions, I am talked down to, and no one takes responsibility for their actions/mistakes. When confronted, I was told it was part of a "direct personality" - this is not an excuse to be rude or disrespectful to paying customers if your job is to provide customer service. Very dissapointed.
