I have always had nothing but glowing comments regarding your office. I do have to say that after sleeping on it, I would like to express frustrating regarding scheduling and attention to insurance. I was billed almost a hundred dollars out of pocket for routine health maintenance care that should be 100% covered because I was scheduled in Jan, June, then December. With the amount of technology that you guys utilize (which I see as an asset) I am curious how such an error could occur. Obviously if I had known this fact last year, I would have waited the couple weeks to schedule the following calendar year to avoid the out of pocket expenses. This is kind of a minor thing, but I do feel this should be brought to your attention so that it does not happen again in the future. The scheduler should consider this and check before offering appointments. I now know and will probably ask to clarify in the future when appointments are offered. Otherwise I have nothing but positive feedback regarding your facility, employees, and expertise.
