While everyone was friendly enough at the office, we were there for 2hrs. I understand my child was a new patient and there are certain things that need to be done, I feel like taking of the pictures, X-rays, etc. could have been done while we were in the room waiting for the Dr. for an hour. Instead these things were done after we saw the Dr. I'm sure the baseline info is needed for each pt., I just feel there is a more efficient way of going about it. Dr. Wilde was knowledgeable and we may be back to see him when it is time for braces.
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience of your appointment lasting longer then necessary. We hope that we can make future appointments more convenient and less time consuming. We really appreciate the review, with out it we would not be able to see on where we can improve with patient care. Have a great day!
