Great care, reasonable diagnosis, that didn't involve excessive tests. Offered options of care and outcomes. Next door recommended them and I'm very happy they did. Cost less than what I'm used to paying for visits as well.
The Jersey Village Staff was ready for us and we were happy to see the one lady, and the big tech,we have known them for fifteen years or so. Ms. Ray, the Doctor, did excel on her job and we were very happy with her and wish her the best with her new baby. The place is very clean, very nice, and smells good. Dr. Ray made for sure that she wanted to check Apple Lane's eye and she did find it was red and looked like it was fixing to give her trouble. Apple Lane does not see out of her eye, she is a rescue and was kicked in the head and lost her eye and had ten stitches right above her eye. So we have to watch it, so if it dies or gets infected we can do something. She is our big baby and your staff took real good care of her.
My three dog babies were not acting very good, they did not want to be there, so their behavior was not the best but Dr. Ray and your staff dealt with them very professional.
All three of my girls received complete exams and were checked out and were given their appropriate medicine, thank you Jersey Village Hospital. Mary Ann and Cliff Carey and our three girls, Annie Lynn, Annabel Lee, and Apple Lane.
As always, love all the girls that work up front as well as the vet tech’s. They go above & beyond to help & make the visit easy, I usually speak to Hannah, she is the sweetest thing & always gets back to me wihen I call with questions. Dr. Melcher is the best & we love her & all the staff,
I can’t say enough about Dr. Stenseng. She took care of my first two babies the last 8 years of their life. Now she is over seeing the care of the newest member of our family. She is very thorough, answers all your questions and concerns, and she’s compassionate. It says a lot that she still has a picture up of my last pup that passed two years ago. You can tell she loves all her patients.
Jersey Village Animal Hospital does a wonderful job of taking care of our 3 shelties when we have to kennel them. The attendants are always happy to see the shelties come in and, before I can say anything, they ask if we've brought the Frisbee and ball for them to play with. If there are any problems healthwise while we are gone, the hospital calls immediately to let us know. JVAH is the ONLY place (outside of close friends) where we would kennel our dogs.
