Appointment was at 5:30 but was not seated in the chair until 5:48. Had to ask for some water.
Ended up paying $250. 2 1/2 hour appointment. Highlights did not take.

The best hair coloring/cutting experience ever! I drove 45 minutes hoping that the catastrophe that happened in one of my local salons could be fixed. In my local salon they were blaming me, my hair and even the picture I brought as inspiration, for the horrible result. I researched, chose Jessica's Color Room and with great fear entered the salon. I had been told by my local salon that my hair could not handle any more processes and that what I wanted wouldn't look good and was not achievable. I had spent 12 hours over the course of two days in the stylist chair as he made a bigger and bigger mess of my hair. I'm so happy I took the chance on Jessica's Color Room. Within one hour, my hair looked almost exactly like my inspiration pic. They cut the damaged ends off and I walked out feeling like I got exactly what I asked for. The stylists all had true command of color knowledge and were able to achieve what I had been looking for. It was not a compromise, it was a total success! Ashley and Andria were my dream team!!

Andria was very professional and gentle with my hair. I have waist length hair that is very important to my heritage and culture. My scalp was massaged and deep conditioned as well as a lovely paraffin wax and hand massage. The products used in my hair did not irritate my scalp which tends to be sensitive. The heat of the blow dryer never hurt my scalp nor did the brush pull or tug any hair out. I have been going to JCR for about 10 years now, and love it.

This was my first time coming to Jessica's. When I arrived, Jessica showed me around and gave me a cool little goodie bag!. Carissa was very helpful and professional. The wash room experience was fantastic!! My color (purple) came out great and I wasn't a mess with dye when I left. I will definitely be returning for a touch up!! Highly recommended!!

Ashley is a "hair magician" who knows just how to make the best of my very curly, unruly hair. I always leave my appointment feeling like I have a new lease on life. And she is a real sweetheart to boot!
