I will not come back once I switch insurance to go elsewhere. I will not recommend my family, friends, coworkers and neighbors. The worse dental cleaning I ever had in years! It was literally a lazy cleaning job and worse bed side manner. My Hygienist (Rachel) looked like she was angry and miserable. Never said hi or anything. Just approached me and told me to open my mouth. I said hi and she seem to contemplate for a second to say hi back. Very rough when handling her tools in my mouth. Barked orders to open my mouth wider and to close my mouth. Squeezed my lips numerous times to close it while the water suction tool is in my mouth. This caused a rough jerking suction of my tongue or underneath my tongue. She polished my teeth in nano second by telling me to bite my teeth and she ran the polisher tools across my teeth quickly; missing the teeth in the inner side and no polishing on the teeth that are inside my mouth. When done, she left me lying there and said to wait for the Dentist. I asked if I can rinse since all the grainy polish are still in my mouth (I can barely talk) and she sounded surprised that I want to rinse and angry as if I am giving her extra work. So she raised my seat up and left. I had my teeth polished for years. They polished ALL my teeth and EACH tooth at a time inside and out. Nothing like this half done job.
Also, the TV and lamp at the dental chair are broken. Dental Hygienist (Rachel) was tilting my head in various directions so she can better see under the regular ceiling light since the lamp is broken. Later, I was switched to another dental chair since the Dentist insisted that he needs the lamp. At the other chair, it was half broken since it was super slow for it to lower that we initially thought it was broken.
Lastly, no greetings of any kind when interacting initially. Made it a cold and unpleasant office and experience.
