I have been using Jim's for many years. He was recommended to me by a neighbor. His service is excellent. He will work to find the issue and solve it. You can depend on his honesty and skill. Call Pam at his office and set up an appointment. Be aware, to get the best, sometimes you have to wait a bit, especially during the summer heat waves. Be -patient, he will get there.

Jim and his helpers were great professional install Jim does most of the work himself His prices are reasonable I would highly recommend him. The AC works amazing.

Jim came to my family's rescue @ the hottest day of the year. He & his crew handled this replacement with the upmost respect &diligence. Extremely knowledgeable& diligent about cleaning up. I would highly recommend Jim & his crew & would certainly use his services in the future.

You can remove me from your list. I called last Tuesday and was told I would have someone come out to look at my AC Thursday, never received a call and nobody showed up. Took down my address and never heard back. That to me is very poor customer service. I will not use your services. Even if your the only business who can help, I'll go without, like I have been.

Very pleased with the service I received yesterday from Bill. Very friendly, professional, and more than willing to explain how the entire system works. Answered all my questions and I guess the only regret I have is that I didn't contact Jim's Air Conditioning & Heating sooner. Thanks Again

Very pleased with Jim's work. There weren't any 'OOPS', surprises, mistakes, damages or 'I forgot's. The job went just as expected. Very pleased with the care and workmanship effort to get high quality results. DIdn't have any 'shortcuts' or 'good enough' behavior. They took the time to answer my questions and ask for input when options opened during the work. I certainly appreciate the 'local owned' and 'family business' aspect of Jim's Heating and A/C. They're in my phone book with stars.

Shoutout to Pam who has to deal with customers who want assistance yesterday - she is very professional and also understands where clients are coming from and does her best to assist and get customers on the schedule. In describing our issue to Pam the servicemen came ready and had an idea of what our problem with the A/C was. The servicemen were professional and fixed our A/C issue immediately. We would recommend Jim's Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone and everyone. We will continue to use Jim's going forward as well as recommend to our neighbors.
