Another on-time, affordable, and high quality experience at Jim's Auto! Our 2000 Ford Explorer now has 310,000 miles on it - yes you read that right, 310,000 miles - it is still safe and dependable transportation thanks to the attention-to-detail care and maintenance it receives from Joe, Jim, Lee, Dave, and everyone who works at Jim's. They treat our vehicle as if it were one of their own, and they have never done anything but bend over backwards for us and provide us with trustworthy advice, e.g. fixing the things that need fixing, but not running up a big repair shop bill when it is not necessary.
While the team at Jim's Auto obviously has all of the latest technology in their shop, their commitment to outstanding customer service is "old school" in every flattering sense of that phrase. The bottom line is this: They say exactly what they are going to do for a specific price, and then they actually do exactly what they said they were going to do for that specific price...sounds simplistic, but in this day and age of the strategy to "add-on" or "sell up" that occurs in so many repair shops and dealerships, I find the "old school" approach at Jim's to be incredibly refreshing!
