Called in and made an appointment. I got in right away with now wait. They lady at the Customer service desk was knowledge provided me with the info that I needed. I dropped my truck off and the technician was there to listen to my issue with the truck. They were willing to give me a trasport back to my house but I had a ride back home. I was called around 2 hours later after they diagnosed my truck and gave me a quote to fix my truck. I agreed to the quote and they said it would be finished in a few hours. I got a call stating that it was done and when I went to pick my truck up I was wearing a VETERANS shirt as I am former US Army Infantry. Van Dyke's was proud to witness Veterans day by giving me a free oil change as well. Great experience with knowledgeable employees! MERICA!!!
