My husband I have been customers of JJ's Auto ever since the business was purchased from Matt VanderVelden - years ago. They are great! This past week my car wouldn't start when I was leaving the veterinarian clinic in Greenville. When I got home I called JJ's and they got me in first thing the next morning. While I was waiting, I asked for an appointment for an oil change and Scott went to the shop and came back saying that he could save me a trip, if I had time - they could do the oil change too. I really appreciate what they did for me, but it's not unusual for this business. My thanks and gratitude to Scott, Charlie, Jeff, and John who are all very customer oriented. Now I don't have to worry about my car over the holidays!!
