I am a 14 yr customer of JJs and like every other time i have been there they are fantastic! I had an oil change done and they noticed my tires needed to be rotated. since i bought them there they just took care of it and let me know when i picked it up. The really cool thing is the loaners they have available. This has always been a excellent reason to use JJs, the loaners. They have always provided a vehicle for me to use for any maintenance they have done. I drop my burb off in the morning, they give me a vehicle and when i am done working i stop back to get my burb. no worries about arranging a ride or sitting to wait for it. it is such a great service they provide! The service as always was excellent! Make them your repair shop!

Usually, my husband brings in the car for an oil change but this time I went. Not only was the service fast and friendly it was also thorough. They checked the car and suggested I install a new air filter. They installed a new filter and even showed the old one to me. I appreciate the great customer service.

John & Dennis are super helpful, knowledgable & down-to-earth friendly. They keep you updated, give you quotes ahead & ask before they proceed on repairs. I had a lot of work done & they had it finished in one day! They have never failed me, I have been with them about 6 years now. I highly recommend JJ's Auto Clinic!!!

To be honest I was very disappointed with my appointment. I asked for Bella’s nails to be trimmed and ears cleaned as there was a lot of wax they came to get her and left me in waiting room?? Then bring her out 5 mins later and say let me just say Bella is very anxious and she would need sedation to get her paws trimmed. We could barely get blood from her we don’t have the man power here to hold her down to trim nails. Her ears are very dirty/waxy you’ll have to use a rag or some gauze to clean them if she. shakes head or scratches come back to see vet. Really? I’m at the vet? Oh abcc dad thdd as g will b Ed $368. 180 of this is flea and tick and heart worm but 186 to not do what I ask?? And what was sprayed on her that smells like perfume and WHY?Read More …
