Today it was cold, very cold in your salon I would highly suggest figuring something out on how to deal with this. I do not want to use your blankets and get hair dye on them. Black blankets would make more sense. Anymore when I come to my appointments I feel rushed because there’s someone next in line waiting for my seat, which I understand is great for hair stylists but allowing more time for services would be nice for the prices we are paying. I called in advance for All Over color so that there would be enough time. I have been coming her for a couple years and I have thick hair so maybe add that to my account as a notice so that additional time is added. The next person in line had a small child with her who was needing to be fed and I’m sure she allotted time for her service and her baby to be fed as I am a mom and totally get this. Because I have thicker hair it took more time and her baby was cranky. The next person was put into the seat while she was still buckling her child in the car seat and making a bottle on the side. I’m sure she felt rushed and out of place having to do that. The makeup station up front near the first salon chair should be moved as it is in the way completely also adding to the mom feeling like she had no place to go. I am ok with someone else finishing my hair to allow for more services to be accommodated, lady who did this for me this last time was awesome!

Adding a changing table would also be a great idea in the restroom so those who need to bring a baby have a place to change them. I know bringing children is frowned upon but sometimes you have to do it. You can do without the table in the restroom or add your supplies to a changing table. I thought the sign in the bathroom on how to properly wash your hands was hilarious because ain’t nobody spending 20 seconds in ice cold water from that faucet! I know it’s an old building, I get it the charm is nice, but for a high end salon I feel like some maintenance could improve the overall experience. My hair is always taken care of properly and I’m satisfied that’s why I keep coming back.

My stylist is Jessie and she is the very best, she is so fun to talk with and also very kind and considerate, and always wants to make sure her clients are satisfied and happy with their results. i love to to this salon and would never change.

Great snacks also.

when Jessie was out on maternity leave Courtney was my stylist and she was also great!!! i would highly recommend either one of them. Great experience always!
