A long-time Castro Valley resident, Dr. Jupina earned her bachelor's degree in bacteriology from the University of California, Davis. She received her DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco.

My new kitty was made to feel welcome at the clinic. I am a returning client after losing my beloved kitty almost 5 yrs ago. I still miss him so much that it took me this long to get another cat. My husband talked me into it because he likes cats too, so he's now our first cat together. I met Dr. Budde and staff almost 20yrs ago. She was my previous cat's vet for the life of the cat who lived to be 15 years old. I recommend Dr. Budde and her staff. They are knowledgeable and very caring and patient with the animals. I have also recommended Dr. Budde's clinic to someone who needed a vet for her new kitty.
