My recent experience was like pretty much every experience I've ever had at Joe's Service: prompt, competent, and friendly. Joe, Rick, and the various techs know what they're doing and are altogether honest; I've never left the shop feeling that I probably just got the shaft, as has often been the case at other shops I've gone to over the years. In a very real sense, customers at an auto service establishment trust their lives to the people who work on their cars, and in the case of Joe's Service, that trust seems to me well-founded.
