On May 15th, 2001, Joe's began as an idea in a home garage in Noblesville, Indiana with the goal of providing the best automotive service possible. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY. With two locations operating as Big O Tires, a national tire & service retailer we have become one of the leading providers of auto service & Tires in Hamilton County. Offering over 60 years combined experience and based in Carmel Indiana, we serve a growing community including Westfield, Fishers, Indianapolis, and Noblesville. All of this is due to our loyal customers support and the trust they have put in us along the way. Customer service is and always will be the cornerstone of our philosophy We have always thought of it this way: We are in the people business, we just happen to fix cars too.

I brought my car in a few days ago because I had a tire with a slow leak. No appointment, I just came by. My car was immediately brought in and checked out. The technician found a screw in my tire and was able to repair it - I'm sure other locations would have sold me a new tire. He also noticed one of my headlights was out. He was able to repair the connection - again I'm sure other locations would have at least charged me for a replacement lamp. They did an exam of my car and showed me where I had a seal that was leaking, which I'll take care of at my next oil change. All of this work cost me $0, nothing! Joe's Big O was always my go to local mechanic but now they have a customer for life. Great honest people who do great work.

Have been going to Joe's since he started on old meridian street. I use to trust them to look out for me and talk to me about what was needed and the best way to do it. I have to say like many companies that are changing and do do not have the same staff I no longer trust them to have my best interest in mind. There have been services that were suggested and I later found out from another mechanic weren't needed. Glad I did not consent to the recommendations. I feel like now I am showing up as a dumb woman, who of course doesn't know anything. I will be hard pressed to return even for an oil change.
