This is the 3rd time I have asked the service department to check the cruise control on my 2013 limited hybrid Avalon. But this is the first time the service manager went with me to my car ... Showed me where the sensors are and how to clean them. I really appreciated that!

They received me same day and tried to fix my truck same day. They did a great job finding the problem and having it ready for me next day fitting my schedule. However I believe labor was too expensive for a job that takes one hour to fix it. Or let say they took two hours to get it done. Parts replaced was total $390 and total labor $410. They replaced the alternator, fuel injection flush preventive maintenance and decarb/throttle body mic service preventive maintenance. For each one the labor amount was $180, $110 and $120. Same technician! He made $410 in less than 2 hours! Even a person who holds a doctoral degree can't make $410 in two hours! Well, summarizing, attention to the customer is great, job well done, amount of money charged for the job was excessive. Next time, I will find another place!
