The experience was a bit different from other offices I have been to, but if you're looking for top quality results at a reasonable price, Dr. Monsman is the person you want to see!
I initially stopped in for a long-overdue checkup after months of constant complaining and some gentle spousal "urging". The tooth responsible for my visit required a root canal, as I had suspected, but Dr. Monsman patiently went over a variety of treatment options with me, and even though my insurance plan was not one that he normally accepts, he made the numbers work. So much so, in fact, that I ended up getting crowns on the adjacent teeth that very day, and a few weeks later, the other side, to make it all match.
At 62 years of age, I had never been told that I had what Dr. Monsman termed an "enamel defect", causing my teeth to slowly erode, and in addition to the tetra cycline discoloration from my childhood, I was a bit self-conscious of my appearance. All that has changed with my new smile, and though I won't say which one is mine, you can probably see it somewhere on the web site!
