I was very very disappointed in how Dr Kelmenson conducted my partial fit in, I had asked for the flex partial, waited 3 weeks when it was only suppose to be 2(which was fine) but the day of my try in he never showed me my new partial, he had to adjust a few spots which is not unusual but still I never saw the partial, when I though it was fairly comfortable I said ok and he left it in and I went home, after eating my lunch I noticed it was really tight so I took the partial out and with that I noticed the partial wasn’t at all what I ordered yet he never once said it’s was different so I called to find out why I didn’t get the soft or flex partial and with a nonchalant answer I was told OH they couldn’t make that one because of how you teeth were in front and that was it, no apology no sorry no anything, you would have thought that a great dentist would have called you to let you know they couldn’t make the partial you paid for nothing, I should have know something was odd when he put it in and left without a word. I’m disgusted and very disappointed that this was so sneaky and underhanded and at no fault of their at all. New dentist coming up, I don’t like sneaks especially when you put out all that money and receive the wrong thing
