Johnny's tire will lie to you about tire warranty information. Then when it is time for them to come through on the warranty each time asked they will put you off and blame it on the warranty company.
They also will tell you that you need something done to your vehicle that you do not need.
They will also break something on your vehicle and never tell you about it.
I tell as many people a day as I can to never take your vehicle to Johnny's tire and for them to pass the word along.
How do you sleep at night doing people the way you do?
If this is the customer I remember and we only had one with tire warranty. The tire was cut on the side and is not covered by any kind of manufacturing warranty. This kind of damaged is only covered if you purchase road hazzard warranty which the customer did not purchase. We send it in to the manufacture and they would not cover it. We do not break parts or sell parts you do not need. We have customers that come for tires suggested by someone else and we tell them they don't need them. At any time a customer has a problem we will go above and beyond to make sure that customer is happy. I sleep at night because I treat customers fairly & with respect. Lisa Joyner Store Manager
