They installed a sprinkler system, designed and put in landscaping in our front and back yards, installed a flagstone walk and porch in the front and overlaid the back concrete with flagstone. They also installed lighting in the front and back yard. Their work was excellent and they did what they said they would do. Any minor issues were taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I plan on having them do semiannual maintenance in the future.

I requested an explanation of a bill, Sue Ellen responds initially. I responded to Sue Ellen now 4 times requesting further explanation as it appears we were double charged for one months service and absolutely no response from Sue Ellen. Would not receive and office support customer service is horrible.

John was very knowledgeable and informative about different plants. He listened to my wants and ideas, but offered creative suggestions that were extremely helpful. I am looking forward to seeing the finished product.

John and his crew accomplished more great improvements in my landscaping in both front and back areas this month. They were on time, on budget and so easy to work with. This, most assuredly, included their office assistant and management staff! I have made John and his team a permanent part of MY team in that this last job convinced me to sign up for their lawn maintenance. This way, I can be assured my landscape will stay beautiful!! 5 stars for this team!!

the workers started early and stayed late everyday that it didn't rain, they were courteous and kept the place clean while working and cleaned up and put everything back in its place when they left everyday. The stone pavers, flagstone patio with retaining wall and water feature are a wonderful addition to my backyard. Mulch, plants, rocks, and boulders finished the look to make the backyard a place to visit and enjoy with the neighbors. John made picking out and placing the plants in the beds fun and worth it all!

I won't be able to fully evaluate the services until I am able to see that the drainage concerns in my back yard are addressed. I am also concerned about whether the job can be finished within my time frame, the end of April. I have been reassured that this will all happen. Other than that, the service seems to be good and the workmanship that I have observed so far looks great.

Chris the VP visited us promptly as we scheduled. The plan for our patio was discussed and we were pleased with it at that point. Chris told us he would have the bid to us by the end of the day. I told him having it by the weekend would be fine as we wish for him to rush the plan. As of today it has been over a week and a half with no follow up and no word from anyone at their company. This gave us pause. If this is the follow through prior to contracting the work what will their service be like when they actually are doing the work. Sorry, but we are no longer interested in having John's Landscaping do our patio.

Our experience with John's Landscaping has been terrific. The design phase is more than we could of hoped for. Even though we changed our mind several times Chris was happy to add or remove each new request.resulting in a design the whole family loved. They are absolutely wonderful people to work with. Cant wait to post pictures and share the results with family and friends as soon as construction is complete

What a fantastic experience this was! We are avid gardeners from Seattle and decided to have John's Landscaping design and execute our new backyard. From start to finish, the people of this company were friendly, professional, and always listened to our ideas. The crews that completed the work were always punctual and performed the project with ease and professionalism. We had other issues that came along and John was always happy to have his team's handle the new additions to the project so that we didn't need to call other companies to do the work. John has brought together great people in landscaping, plumbing, and electrical, and we were always impressed with their work. The project was completed on time and we are very excited how the backyard looks... Just like we had envisioned. We will definately use John's Landscaping in the future. Thanks for making our backyard such a lovely Oasis and thanks for showing such passion for your work!
