John does an amazing job of working with his clients. He realizes the investments his clients are making and that this is not an afternoon project, but a lifetime relationship. He answered all of our questions and showed the patience as we were processing the decisions laid before us. While this is our first project with John's Landscaping, it won't be our last.

The quality of the finished product is great and John, Chris and the staff are extremely professional and responsive to questions, concerns, changes -- all types of client input. Also, they stand behind their work which makes the experience top notch and tempts you to identify additional improvements in order to work with them again!

Hard workers, and get the job done, which is the important thing. Can be a little tone-deaf when it comes to basics, such as leaving un-repaired ruts in the ground from their equipment. Somewhat on the expensive side. Better working on standard residential projects than on raw land.

From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the completion of the project I was so impressed with everyone at John's Landscaping! This is not my first time to have a large amount of landscaping done at a home we have owned, but this was absolutely the BEST! The office staff was always courteous and eager to help, John was always prompt for appointments and answered all questions and let me know that he would make certain that everything was done correctly. The great part of that was he did exactly that. His crews were so polite and cleaned up our property every day before leaving. They were such hard workers and so meticulous in every thing that they did. I cannot recommend John's Landscaping enough. Now that we have a fabulous backyard, I will call John when we are ready to make our front yard just as wonderful.

We have never had any contract work done before so we did a lot of research. When we decided to hire John's Landscaping we felt we made the best decision based on the positive reviews on the company. John's Landscaping was very helpful, patient and accommodating during the design process. We were also pleasantly surprised when they were able to start sooner. Before the work started, they explained everything thoroughly. When we had questions and concerns during the building process, John was timely with his responses. We had minor issues after the work was done but John's made everything right! We are very happy with the work and would hire them again. John's Landscaping is a professional company that cares their about customers' needs and with the main goal of providing customer satisfaction.

We have not committed to the proposal because it is hard to know exactly what we are getting. I have limited knowledge of plants and landscaping and the proposal might as well be in Chinese. I have no idea what our yard will look like or what maintenance might be involved. Pictures, drawings and plant characteristics might reassure me enough to commute to such an expensive project.
