I love Johnson Eye Care. But, the reception area was a zoo on Saturday morning. I'd recommend some signage to at least let walk-in folks know where to go. Or have designated people helping them. I had an appt and was greeted ( but not checked in) and told that someone would be right with me. I sat down and watched all these walk in folks get taken care of right away. After a while, I had to remind them I still hadn't been helped. Not a big deal, but it was very unorganized. One of the girls said it is always like that on Saturday morning.
