I’ve always been pleased with the service at Jone’s Automotive. Everyone is very pleasant and efficient. My only complaint this time

is that I was told that the office staff would be wearing masks. I have lung disease and I have been very, very cautious for over a year because of Covid. No one was wearing a mask on Tuesday when I had my oil changed. This made me feel very uncomfortable as I waited to have my oil changed.

Geri, Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Our procedure is that if we come within 6 feet of someone outside our company they are required to put on a mask. If this did not happen I do apologize!

We have had generally a good experience with Jones. They’ve done work in a timely manner, and had great customer service. This last time however, they had our vehicle for a week and a half and still hadn’t finished what they agreed to do and asked us if we wanted to take it somewhere else to get the last item taken care of. In addition, the customer service was completely different than before, they were not courteous or apologetic for taking extra time than was understood for working on our vehicle. Not a good experience.
