Staff was friendly - but more importantly, very professional. I was quite pleasantly surprised to discover that a dental hygienist from my retired dentist's practice was now working with Dr. Nickelsen (an additional recommendation, in my opinion). Front desk staff was not only cheerful & friendly, but also VERY knowledgeable regarding insurance coverage, etc. And dental work itself was thorough and well done.
