I have been a patient at Dr Craig's office for a few years now, and very much love the Dr and my hygienist, Beth! I hate to have to leave this review, but the past two appointments I have been extremely disappointed with the staff and lack of communication. Back in February I had my scheduled 6 month cleaning appointment with Beth (who I always see and wait specifically for her) however, when I get to the office no one tells me that Beth had the day off and I saw a fill-in who did an average job. I then get a call while out of the country in May telling me I need to provide update insurance information from my appointment that happened 3 months before. I call the office back and provide my insurance information, I ask if there is anything else needed and the girl on the phone said no that is it. I don't think anything else about it. Well I recently came in for my next 6 month cleaning and was happy to see Beth was there, go for my cleaning no one says anything to me when I check in when I get there. As I am leaving a woman behind the desk proceeds to tell me that my insurance is not covered at the office and I will need to pay $220 for my services from February and that day's visit. I ask why no one called to let me know BEFORE my appointment and her response was we called you once in June and your mailbox was full. So you call once, let me be seen and collect money from an appointment I had 6 months prior and today and I don't know not trying to call again or send an email about the insurance before I was seen for a second time, or even as I was checking in!? I found her to be extremely rude, unpleasant and left very disappointed! The pure lack of communication left me shocked!
