This is my initial visit with Reed Chiropractic Clinic, so it is a review of their appearance to a new client. First of all, the office is very well organized, professional, and thorough. Before I even saw Dr. Reed, they had me complete a quite comprehensive assessment of my general medical condition, as well as the particular issue (sciatic nerve pain, in my case) causing the visit - along with details of my functional ability and pain levels. After this, they went over insurance coverage and prospective costs - not a small thing, as I had contacted my insurance company before the visit, and had great difficulty assessing what was and was not likely to be covered. Fundamentally, they not only gathered a good deal of information about my particular physical condition, but jointly assessed with me the financial aspects of the current and continued care. Then, I spent about 45 minutes with Dr. Reed discussing my situation, its possible causes, its current limitations on my normal function, and probable therapy effects and results. This was a very comprehensive session, and I felt at the end, Dr. Reed fully understood my situation, and I understood what he could do for me. Then, I went through the first adjustment, which took all of 2 minutes - Dr. Reed knowing exactly what to look for an do. Overall, this was an hour-long visit, and I left satisfied that they knew not only what my problem was, but what they could do about it, and what to expect during the course of treatment. This is opposed to much more distant and impersonal care provided by my general health provider. Reed Chiropractic Clinic took the time to fully understand me and my problem, and I feel like they are active partners in restoring my functionality.

My car was recently hit in a parking lot. I took it to Highway Garage to get an estimate. They made the entire process easy, from explaining the damage and what it would take to make the repairs, to working with the insurance adjuster , and getting a rental car. They also kept me informed of the progress they were making the week they had my car. The car looks perfect,!!! Thank you, Highway Garage.
