I wish I could give the experience more stars because Vicky is amazing and my hair color is fabulous. I did, however, have to to wait over an hour for her to start on my hair even though I was on time and there was a lot a lag time spent in between spent waiting on other people. I love the prices and the students, when their attention is on their clients. More so than before, tons of the stylists were on their phones or longing in chairs and it just made for a very unprofessional environment. Also, the instructor was not thorough at all.
