Your customer service on the day that I visited was excellent. It seemed a priority to your staff to make me feel pampered and very welcome. My Colorist was exceptional and very personable. Of course you know that Karen is an asset to your salon as well. I should mention how much I appreciated not being inundated with offers to purchase this product or that product. That is generally not true in other salons I have visited. Understated and thoughtful is the best way to describe my overall impression. My hair color was just right and I will visit again.

My massage was fantastic. I just wish there was more spa space to relax prior to or after the massage.

I have been coming to Joseph's for a long time. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Connie and the other hair specialists have always curled my hair to my satisfaction.

Overall a good experience. I broke out in rash from the essential oil blend used for the neck massage, though. That had never happened before with anything similar, thus a word of caution to others with potentially sensitive skin.

This place was fantastic. They took their time and all of the staff was super nice. I will for sure be back. I dropped my engagement ring and the staff was very helpful in finding it. Plus I felt like they actually cared about my experience. I was pampered from the moment I walked in.

Lovely facility and wonderful technician. Only complaint was that it took much longer than I planned. 2 hours and 45 minutes for a manicure and pedicure. Is that typical . The manicure was gel and I had to have gel polish remover.
