My actual service was great, however getting on the schedule has been a challenge. I am aware I do not have much flexibility with my schedule, but I was hopeful after reviewing your business hours as they seem more extended than most salons and spas. Unfortunately trying to book my first appointment and now trying to schedule subsequent appointments continues to be difficult. I must clarify I am speaking only in regards to massage. The staff was very friendly and tried to assist me the best they could.

It was amazing. My first time with Abbie and her assistant (I'm so sorry I have forgotten her name) They both were so attentive to everything. I was so relaxed when I left and made sure before left I had future appointments with them.

Caitlin is excellent and the overall experience is consistently above par!
They could do a better job of communicating price hikes as my wife showed up and the price they quoted changed without warning when she showed up. She decided to go elsewhere over it when the management team seemed unsympathetic about it.

I have been coming to Joseph's for about 2 years now for massages, and they are always wonderful! I have been seeing Lauren now for the past year or so - she does an amazing job at meeting my wants. My experience is always 100%, and I am treated like a queen :)
