Nail technician was very kind but highly inexperienced. She continued to ask me questions and I had to double check if my nails were straight. I even had to file my own toe nail because she couldn’t see that it was on an angle. I told her square shape numerous times, she didn’t understand that you have to file the sides of toenails to achieve that shape. Barely scrubbed feet/dry areas (used a brush not pumice)..it is the winter so you know needs extra care. I left with the same dry/white heels that I came in with. Painting.. it got worse many missed spots in my toenails (corners, sides) I had to keep pointing out to her that she misses. She used SEVEN layers on one toenail trying to get the consistency and when she put the top coat it bubbled and got bulky (no surprise- it was too much polish and not dry). She took off and repainted the same toenail THREE times before I had to ask another nail technician to do it. I should’ve known better in her second attempt but I was trying to give her benefit of doubt. The other technician comes and tells me to let her do it again and she will watch. I said NO- I want you to do it or I’m leaving. If I asked for a service and she cannot do it why not listen to the client. Anyway, she did it just fine and then on to drying and paying. Paid the $30 for the service. Then the lady at front has audacity to ask if I’m leaving her a tip. Waisted time and money horrible service I filed my own toenails and another person painted and you’re asking about a tip?!!? I kindly gave her a piece of my mind and left. I’m not sure what the high reviews are, maybe you have to go to a specific technician and I got stuck with the available one (that should’ve been a sign) but I will never go back here. Ever.
