I'm very pleased with the service and attention to my requests. I didn't have to wait for a stylist to take me in, she came out in about 5 min after my arrival. She, Dara, was extremely polite and professional, attentive to every little detail, but efficient time-wise. She created fabulous haircut and has done great job blow drying my hair. She styled it in a way I asked her. I got so many complements on my hair from random people in the mall, parking lot, stores, right after i left PMS. Couldn't ask for a better hair professional. Dara is personable, but wasn't intrusive. I will definitely be back to get services from her before she graduates. Keep it up, Dara!

While I left satisfied with my hair cut and style, I was not satisfied with the overall service I received during my appointment. I am usually a huge fan of the Paul Mitchell School (and tell all my friends to go), so I was upset to be so disappointed. My appointment started 50 minutes after the scheduled time, which is completely unacceptable. I usually have a lot of grace for how long appointments can take at the School (because it is a school! I am completely on board), but starting so late with no additional accommodations made for me (e.g., someone getting started on washing my hair, offering to reschedule, apologizing for the wait and working faster to make up the time, assigning me to a different stylist) is unprofessional. Further, the learning leader guiding my Phase 2 stylist was sassy and made comments in front of me to my stylist about how customers often don't know what they really want (again, unprofessional). He also essentially re-did my layers after my stylist had already cut them so that it more matched his idea of what my cut should look like. While I left pleased with my haircut, his arrogance also was quite unprofessional. My actual stylist was great - I had full trust in her and would see her again.
