Arrived early and receptionist suggested I kill time somewhere, so I walked around the mall. At my appointed time I returned and checked in with the receptionist who now suggested I have a seat.
I had a seat, and waited and waited and waited. I watched as many stylists returned from their lunch break. Many were assigned clients who had come in well after I did. I went back to the receptionist and was told I would be assigned a stylist shortly, so I went back to my seat and waited, and waited and waited. So clients who entered I did were finished and leaving.
Went back to the receptionist again and asked to speak to a supervisor. I did, and explained my situation. Was told I would be assigned a stylist shortly. Finally, 45 minutes after my appointed time I met my stylist. She was very cordial. We discussed how I wanted my hair cut, and then we went over it again with the instructor, who had the stylist get out her manual and open it to a particular cut.
Anyway, the instructor ended up doing a good part of my haircut. The final result was just okay, but for $13, you get what you pay for. Rated this at one star because they had no choices in the negative category.
