My associate was very nice however she really did not know what she was doing. She left dark brown hair dye all over my face, when I left I had to ask the receptionist for something to remove the dye from my face, to which she just looked at me puzzled. I mean it was so bad that I took out my own tissue and used the hand sanitizer on the front desk to try to dab it off.
The associate asked about cutting my hair to which I showed her an image of someone with 'hollywood curls". She said no problem. Then spent 5 mins snipping the length of my hair, didn't cut any layers. She then spent what felt like 1 hour drying my hair. Not sure why, but straight. Which was not what I asked her to do. When she was done I was like, ok, but you are going to have your trainer look at this? She just walked me to the desk. At which point I inquired about having the dye taken off my face and if it was the schools policy to not even have a supervisor review the cut, color. Again I look of bewilderment. I paid and clearly saw $20 on the credit machine. Looked at my charges this morning and they charged me $65!!!!! Which is slightly less than what I would have paid to have a legitimate, trained professional do my hair. I now need to spend another $45 to have someone cut my hair and fix what was done.
