Good morning,
Before posting any reviews online, I wanted to reach out about my massage with Alex yesterday. I came in yesterday for a pre-birthday massage and, in short, it was not a good experience for several reasons. I’ll try to be brief.
First, Alex burned me with the hot towels. After removing them from the steamer, he failed to check the temperature of them before placing them directly onto my back, leaving me with red marks.
Second, Alex seems extremely pleasant and positive, but he would not stop talking throughout the duration of the massage. He continued to repeat the phrase, “Breathe in deep, let the stress out. Thank you.” Repeatedly. Again and again while I’m trying to have a relaxing massage. After about 10 minutes of this, upon realizing he wasn’t going to stop, I asked him to stop, noting how mentioning “stress” made me even more stressed. He says, “How about ‘tension’?” as though replacing the word stress would help. I responded, “Saying nothing would be better.” Alex did not heed my request. Rather, he continued to say “Breathe in deep. Thank you.” He said the phrase repeatedly, back-to-back as though he were a broken record. I told him twice I’m trying to relax and to sleep; yet he persisted through the entire massage.
And third, approximately 30% of the massage was through the blanket. It also was marginal, at best.
I was incredibly disappointed by the experience and hope this feedback is helpful.

My experience was amazing from beginning to end! First, I was called by Sha’Ron to set up my massage. I was given detailed instructions for when I arrive. When I got to the spa, I was greeted by Sha’Ron and given a form to fill out. I was then given a tour of the spa and amenities. The amenities were clean and stocked. Next was my massage. It was spectacular. I then went to relax by the pool. There were plenty of lounge chairs and it was not crowded. I was asked if I needed anything many times throughput my time there. I would definitely recommend Jurilique spa. They have a repeat client from here on out. I can’t wait to go back!
