This was my original review on yelp:
"I had an 1800 brake job. Three months later, the brakes start squeaking again. They replaced the calipers a second time. Two months later, the brakes still squeak. I take my truck in for a third time, they tell me that there is no squeaking. I get in my car and leave, but wait...the brakes are still squeaking. I also had a coupon for a 19.99 oil change. The price advertised does not include the tax, and hidden fees. The oil change is actually $31.32.
Oh...I also forgot to mention, they stole money out of my glove box on two separate occasions. The first time, I thought, "Hmm, that's weird, maybe I just misplaced the money".....The second time, I intentionally placed $2 in my glove box just before I handed over my keys to see if my theory was true...Guess what happened? Money gone!
This is the only place within walking distance that I could take my car during my lunch break. I will just have to cab it to another brake service the next time I have an issue."
Because of this review, some manager from Just Brakes called me and apologized for my poor service. He told me to come into any Just Brakes location and get a free brake pad upgrade. He wanted to win back my business. Today, I went to the same Just Brakes location for my free brake pad upgrade. I explained the situation to the lady at the front desk and she told me that she had no record of this. She went to speak to the manager, and he did not have any memory of this issue, so they sent me away. They would not upgrade my brakes. They told me to come back at a later time to speak to a different manager and maybe he could help me.
My brakes still squeak, and now the "service brake" light flashes at me once a week in my truck.
I guess I need to take my truck to a true brake specialist that knows SOMETHING about customer service. This would NOT be Just Brakes.
