Went for an oil change and discovered we needed new brakes as well. We had received a coupon recently for "free brake pads". Certainly not the case because our vehicle was conveniently not part of the sale. They estimated 2 hours. 3 hours later we were asking how much longer. The oil change had yet to be done as well. When asked about the delay (because they were not busy at all so there shouldn't have been a reason), the manager explained he had a bad employee. Not a great excuse- fire the guy. They also didn't complete the tire rotation and the front seat was left in awful condition. Will never take another vehicle here for any sort of service.
