poor communication from your service manager. I went in for rear pads, my car is new have no brakes issues. Just needed my pads to be replaced. He took 2 hours and my car was the only car getting service. And on top of that he explained no pricing what so ever, no promotions or types of pads. Now remember I went in for rear pads only. $99.89 is what they advertised. After waiting for 2 hours on my car, he brought it up front. Then have me sign some paperwork. Now I asked what's the price you said nothing until now. He said ooh it's 239.99. Smh, I said after sitting here reading about your company on BB. I now have my own experience. I said what about $99.89 service. He said you didn't mentioned it. I lol. And said I'll pay no more than $99.89. He said he will put my old ones back. I lol. He said I told you the price before I did the job. I told him to his face he is a dirty liar. I asked is there a video camera in here, I hope so. He said no. And I'm going to put your old brakes back. Unbelievable.

This case was no different After initial inspection I had talked to Mr. Jarrett and informed him that his vehicle took a premium specific pad per OEM design and discussed price options and was given the approval to work on his vehicle. So after the repairs Mr. Jarrett decided to change his mind which also did not present any type of coupon or asked about other type of brake services.
