We LOVE these guys. They are honest and care about their customers. They gave expert advise on the vehicles we brought to them. They told us what needed to be done, they would do the work if we wanted them to but it would be better to take the cost of repairs to buy a new vehicle, and so we did and are very happy with the decision. Just Brakes will be our preferred auto shop. Highly recommending this shop.

My first phone call was with Brandon who was polite and professional. He quoted a price with coupon. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rick. During his inspection, he pointed out that my power steering fluid was low. He then brought me out to show me the rear brake pads and rotors. He explained in detail how I did not need new rotors. He upgraded me to premium pads no extra cost because he did not have the regular pads in stock. He did not want to delay me or his technician by waiting. Excellent customer service from Brandon and Rick.

I have been to Just Tires us in emergency situations where I had a nail in my tire. Both times they took care of me immediately. As a Realtor, this was very important to me. The second time I was on my way to pick some one up from the airport. I made it on time! Everyone at Just Tires was nice and the customer service was excellent!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a fraud. The claim to be the cheapest but it’s a lie. They tell you the base price for a spay and then end up charging way more. I was told it would be 175$ to spay my dog, I was like okay cool, so much cheaper than anywhere near me, so I drove 3 HOURS to this place, and when I get there they tell me that they have to do a heart worm test on my dog that would be another 31$ charge.. I should have known then. I came back when they told me to and told me my bill was 305$ !!!!!! When the agreed apron charge was 175, then with the stupid test it was 205. Now your saying it’s 100$ more ?!? Then make you pay before they bring the animal to you, like they are holding them hosting, must be used to mad customers. They claimed my dog was in heat, when she was in heat well over a month and a half ago, and it ended 3 weeks ago with absolutely no symptoms of being on a heat, there is no way my dog was on a 7-8 week long heat, they are liars, they just want the extra money, go literally anywhere else. When the lady brought my dog back to me my dog seemed scared of the lady, make you wonder what happened to my poor baby all day. Long story short do not come here, they are rude and just want to lie to people.Read More …
