waited over half an hour. the person who washed my hair acted like she was doing me a favor (got back at her-no $5 tip).
Rick was pleasant but it was evident that since I am leaving to live in Michigan that I was no longer valued customer. To be fair I received my usual great haircut and will miss it. I will be back in September and had planned to get my hair cut by Rick but I think I'll stick with the guy who does it in MI.
We are sorry you were not satisfied with your wait time and washing yesterday. We try to do the best we can to keep Rick on-time as he takes no lunch breaks or breaks period throughout the day to accommodate his clients.
