After they took my car in, kept it for 1-1/2 days, changed me $145, they said they didn't have the equipment to fix the service shifter.
I was not called at all. Poor customer service. I had to call to find out any info. They told me I had to take it to the dealer. It seems to me they should have known they couldn't fix it and told me that up front.
Always great service and an immaculate building. Even if you have to wait a bit on a busy day their facility is very nice and has everything you need to either work remotely or hang out and watch tv etc.
