I am very happy with Dawn Dean NP, but scheduling was a nightmare. I received a Sunday call to set up my 3 month checkup for 6/8/17. I got a call that morning that Dawn had an emergency and I would need to reschedule so whomever called set me up for 6/13 @ 7:20 a.m. I went and Dawn's nurse, Jody, met me at the elevator and said I couldn't have my appt. as medicare and insurance wouldn't pay until 90 days had passed. I was once again rescheduled for 6/16 when my test could be paid for by insurances. I think it's ridiculous that schedulers aren't versed in time requirements and cost me an extra trip for nothing.

This facility does not care in any way, manner, shape or form about its patients and their continuing health care needs. Their so called Nurse Practitioners are mostly clueless about continuity of care. Getting assistance for ongoing care on weekends is impossible, urgent care has their hands tied, and it's impossible to get a timely appointment. I'm an RN myself, and I firmly say Jordan Valley is a joke. I am considering not only lawsuits, but intervention with licencing boards.
