It could be because it was our first visit for that child, but turning in and filling out the paperwork seems like a cluster. I filled papers out that said someone had to witness and I had to ask is someone needed to witness and ask them to sign as a witness. The paperwork would not have been valid if I would not have asked for that. One person said I can get signed on to the portal with one user name and password and I waited in person after the appointment 45 minutes. I had to go back to work so I left and called later. I left a message for help since my online token never worked. I called a month later after to response from my request for help with the online portal and got pushed to 6 different people and then disconnected and had to call back. The issue is still not resolved since I have to wait 24-48 hours for an email for a new token. I switched to Jordan Valley because I love our Pediatrician and she is only full-time and Jordan Valley. It would just be growing pains/ going to a new place, but nothing has worked smoothly. I am going to give it more time because I want it to work and the play area for kids seems fun, but it was closed when my toddler had an appointment.
