My visit was fine and the doctor seemed to be genuinely interested in hearing my concerns. However she suggested further testing. My visit to the Women's Health was under the Shiw Me Healthy Women program which is very specific. When I inquired about the sliding scale for further testing I found the red tape to be too complicated and quite frankly intrusive. This is why people can't access healthcare. We need universal healthcare NOW!

The Doctors and Nurses are all so nice and listen to everything you have to say or ask I do wish the ladies at the front desk would be as good many times I have come in and stood there with them just starring not even an acknowledgement that you are standing there or have had to wait 5-10 mins to be checked in because one of them was busy with another person and the other lady was not even at the desk during a busy time as there was one or two other people behind me

My visit waa horrible with the gynocologist. I have been having pain and stomach issues since my c section 3 months ago. I cant do dishes without my stomach hurting bad, muchless carry the car seqt more than ten feet without extreme pain. I was told im fine do to her exam. Juat push thru the pain. My husband got involved. We askee for a cat scan and some imaging. We were denied imaging. She said imaging has to many risks. My husbnd explained his shoulder was hurt, doctor said it was a sprain baaed on his exam for a month until he made him order a mri. Mri showed a superior tear in labrum. Surgwry ordered. So exams cant see what ia going on in the inside. All qe askes for was imaging and were declined. Also, half way thru the argument for imaging the gyno said " i cannot prescribe you any pain pills" we laughed and said we have not asked for any pain pills. So dont try to write this off as deug seeking. This argument is for imaging to find out what is wrong. Not once have we asked for pain meds. Ultimately we were denied imaging. So we are going to a real gynocologist office to get imaging ordered. Possibly sue for malpractice if it gets worse and imaging could have caught it sooner. Jprdan valley is/was horrible. Our day care refuses to accept any doctors notes from them. Big sign when u walk in. They have misdiagnosed many kids at the day care. Thanks for reading hope this helps you decide where to go.

The nurses were nice and prompt. The nurse practitioner was thorough, took time to talk to me and examined me thoroughly. She was pleasant and professional.

From the front desk, the nurse and my doctor, I felt completely taken care of and welcomed. They all had smiles on their faces and are very professional. The office is very inviting. I am very lucky to be a patient at Jordan Valley!

Friendly, helpful staff. Doctors seem to really care for their patients. Clean facility, inexpensive snacks and playplace available. Very convenient with pharmacy, dentist, optical, pediatrician, and prenatal care all in the same building.

Great staff and doctors!! The only problem was that my appointment time seemed to be unclear. I was told 9:45 through both an email and phone call. But when I arrived at 9:10 I was told I was 10 minutes late to my 9:00 appointment. I was very confused. I even showed the staff my emails and voicemail and there seemed to be some sort of miscommunication somewhere on the schedule.
