Our salon environment has been developed to ensure timely service for our guests through true team participation among our service providers. We have developed a team-based service program to ensure that our goals of excellence and timeliness are met. Services that might otherwise take weeks to schedule with a desired service provider can be readily appointed by coordinating and sharing tasks with team members. The stylist with whom you are appointed is responsible for orchestrating any tasks he/she may assign to team members and is ultimately responsible for fulfilling your expectations. We spend many hours training together to ensure the service provided is consistent, no matter whose hands are involved.

Calli styled my hair and I was very happy with it. She was very sweet and I enjoyed my time there. I will be back!
Kaley was great! She always takes her time - especially as she works on your cuticles - which is very important to me given that I am diabetic and any injury like a cut or a tear in that sensitive area can be more problematic and take longer to heal. She makes recommendations on appropriate products which will help lengthen your pedicure. But she is not pushy. Kaley gives a relaxing pedicure that lasts a long time.
I've been going to K Charles for almost 2 years and recently switched stylists (budgeting reasons) and had a Junior Stylist for my most recent visit. I'm thankful that I received quality services and I was very happy with my visit. Rey took time to hear my vision and executed well. The only critique I have was that I waited about 20 minutes after my appointment start time to be seen. The GOOD thing is that they did not rush me or my cut due to the time constraint. I will definitely come back and recommend friends/family to visit K. Charles.
