Front desk girl, blond skinny with glasses, didn't provide the best greeting. I stated that I was here with Mugsy, she replied well your too early. I arrived around 7:45 for an 8:00 appointment. I don't think that is too early.

I very much appreciate the staff and veterinarians at Kachina Animal Hospital. My pets are well taken care of and I'm glad we don't have to go much. They are very good and caring when we do.
Once I realized I don't have to feel guilty about not accepting the extra things they offer every time, things are good. I left them at one point because I couldn't get past the idea of feeling pressured to pay for more services than I need, usually totaling around $400. But there really is no pressure, just offering and I have learned to say no, thank you.

I love bringing my fur babies here. On my last visit I did however get offended that the receptionist asked if my dog was crazy. He isn't crazy but depending on the situation he gets nervous.
