As a long-time customer, one of the reasons I keep coming back is that I receive excellent service from everyone in the salon, not just my stylist and it makes me feel at home. Everyone is friendly and eager to offer me water or lotion or anything I may need. Kai is also a relaxing haven from my own busy schedule.
