As always, Kalamazoo Pediatric Dentistry was wonderful to work with for my daughter with special needs.

The office staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Both Drs. Basler and Van are kind, compassionate and thorough. They take their time in explaining everything and provide a lot of support and reassurance.

Very nice staff, very friendly doctor, but waiting time to see the doctor was both times over 30 minutes. With a two year old that is torture.

We appreciate how quickly we were able to get in to get a sensitive gum issue looked at. The staff were timely and friendly. Dr. Van described the options to my son and me in a way that was clear, which allowed us to make an informed decision about next steps.

We absolutely love KPD. Not only is the office so cute and kid-friendly, every single staff member we encounter is kind, gentle and friendly. My kids look forward to going to the dentist, and that’s really saying something. We drive an hour to get to the office, and for us, it’s worth it!! :)
